Robert Burnett
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Robert has spent his last 30 years with The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, holding several key leadership and operational roles, including being part of the seven-member Reynolds Executive Committee that oversees all of Reynolds’ operations and its nearly 6,000 employees. For decades, he has led all business and technology acquisitions, helping shape Reynolds into the industry leader it is today. Throughout his career, Robert has led his teams with an unwavering optimistic and common-sense approach to life and business. Additionally, Robert serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board for Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and is an Elder at Magnolia Bible Church. Robert holds a BBA and MBA from Texas A&M University.
Jake Stewart
Co-Founder and Partner
Jake has more than 14 years of leading complex organizations as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army. Since entering the private sector and joining Reynolds in 2019, he has been involved in transactions of nearly $1.0 billion in value. Jake is a mentor for the Texas A&M University Chapter of Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans, has been a guest lecturer at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and continues to serve as a Major in the Army National Guard. Jake holds a BS in Economics from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
Matt Zachary
Co-Founder and Partner
Over the last thirteen (13) years at Reynolds, Matt has been involved in over fifty (50) acquisitions totaling nearly $2.0 billion of transaction value. Matt has served on the Association of Former Students’ Leadership Council at Texas A&M University and currently serves on the finance committee of the Ronald McDonald House Houston. Matt holds a BA from Texas A&M University, an MBA from the University of Houston Clear Lake, and an MS in Finance from Penn State University.

Vice President
Casey Wehr is a product management executive with over a decade of experience leading high-growth, venture capital-backed product teams. His expertise in developing enterprise-grade, SaaS applications has led to the successful launch of products reaching over 10 million monthly active users across multiple industries. Casey‘s track record is marked by driving significant revenue growth, enhancing user acquisition and retention, and building high-performing product teams. Casey holds a BS in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
Andrew Sutton
Chief Financial Officer
Andrew has over two decades of experience operating private investment funds with over $5.0 billion in investment commitments at the CFO and Partner levels. Andrew was a Big Four Transaction Services Senior Manager and is a Certified Public Accountant. Andrew holds a BBA in Accounting from William & Mary.
